This Privacy Policy explains how the AutoPark mobile and web application (the “App”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information. The App is operated by Teodora Todorinska (Plovdiv, Bulgaria), the data controller. Contact: [email protected].

AutoPark helps you manage vehicles, fuel, service history, documents and official vehicle checks. Your data is stored on your device and in your account, and synced to your own cloud only if you choose. We do not sell your data.

We do not collect your contacts, precise GPS location, or browsing activity outside the App.

Independence notice: AutoPark is an independent, private application and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official representative of the Ministry of Interior (МВР), the Road Infrastructure Agency / BgToll, the Guarantee Fund, or any other government institution. The App merely facilitates access to publicly available electronic services and lookups provided by these authorities, at the user’s request.

If you use the optional official‑check features, the App sends the relevant identifier to the corresponding official service through our secure server (worker), and returns the public result to you:

About the national ID number (ЕГН): we do not store your EGN on our servers. It is used only to perform the fines check you requested against the official government service, and is not shared with any other third party. If you choose to save it to a vehicle/driver for automatic re‑checks, it is kept locally on your device (and in your own cloud backup, if you enabled one) — under your control. You can delete it at any time.

On Android, subscriptions are processed by Google Play Billing; on the web, by Stripe. We never store your card data.

6. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process data to perform our contract with you (providing the App), based on your consent (e.g. optional cloud sync, official checks using EGN, notifications), and our legitimate interest in keeping the App secure and reliable.

7. Data retention

Account and vehicle data is kept while your account is active and removed when you delete it. Cloud backups live in your own cloud until you delete them or disconnect. You may delete your account at any time (see below).

8. Your rights

You can delete your data directly from within the App at any time. Under the GDPR you also have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To request full account deletion, email [email protected].

9. Children

AutoPark is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

10. Security

We use industry‑standard measures (encrypted connections, authenticated access). No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

11. Changes

We may update this policy and will revise the “Last updated” date. Significant changes will be communicated in‑app or by email.
